Meet Our Team
Zak and Tawnie – Founders
Zak, the founder of Osceola Air, and his wife Tawnie are high school sweethearts deeply rooted in the Osceola County community. They both attended Osceola High School and are now proud parents of three beautiful children, all of whom attended local schools. In 2012, they made the move from Kissimmee to St. Cloud.
Devoted to their community, Zak and Tawnie actively volunteer in various roles, giving back generously. During their downtime, you can find them fishing and boating on the coast, relishing the outdoors and salty air. Alternatively, they enjoy relaxing at home while grilling steaks with friends.
While Tawnie dedicates the majority of her time to her Real Estate career, her work at Osceola Air is fueled by a love for the community and the family atmosphere it fosters. For Zak, the most rewarding aspect of working at Osceola Air is witnessing the success of his team members. Whether it’s buying a first home, acquiring a new vehicle, starting a family, or securing a leadership role, he finds joy in uplifting others.
Alan Scott – General Manager
Alan, our General Manager, originally comes from the land of the mid-west and has been serving the industry for over 16 years now. He continues to gain knowledge, starting in new residential construction, moving to maintenance/service, leading multiple service teams, operating call center and dispatch teams, to having the pleasure of coaching companies all around the US and Canada. Nothing pleases him more than watching others gain success and growth in their careers.
When not working, you can very easily find him with his wife and kids enjoying the outdoors fishing, kayaking, hiking, and near the water. Taking the kids out on bike rides and just being together. Aside from serving this industry, they are everything to him.
Danny – Service Manager
Danny is our service manager here at Osceola Air. He has grown through the company into his current role. He is the go-to guy when something has you stumped, he will figure it out! He is also a very patient guy who will teach anyone interested in learning. He is married to his loving wife Rebecca, and they have 2 beautiful and smart children, Jacob, and Tessa. And of course, you can’t forget their first baby, Marley, their Jack Russel Terrier! Danny loves to play with his kids when home and is often found playing dinosaurs with Jacob. He can whip up an awesome meal too! What Danny loves most about his role here at Osceola Air is not only having the opportunity to coach but also seeing the staff respond and grow! Seeing others succeed genuinely makes him happy!
Daniel H. – Service Technician
Daniel has been a part of the Osceola family as one of our Service Technicians for a while and we love having him here. He is a jack of all trades and a team player – this guy can do it all! When he’s not working, he’s spending his time outside spearfishing, motorcycling, and trail riding.
Brooke – Controller
Meet Brooke, who joined the team in 2019. Beyond her role as Osceola Air’s Controller, Brooke is a loving wife and mother to two little girls. Outside the office, Brooke finds joy in riding her horses, the peacefulness of the lake, and the warmth of family gatherings. At Osceola Air, Brooke thrives in an environment that fosters growth and values a positive culture.
David – Install Manager
David is our install manager and oversees all our new AC installs. No job is too big, and he loves a challenge. During his free time, you can usually find him in a tree stand, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is married to Ashley, and they have an adorable son named Colton who he loves to watch grow up! David is spearheading our new trade school as well, which is a super exciting addition to Osceola Air. He loves being able to teach the guys the trade as they look to make a career as an HVAC tech.
Mike – Comfort Advisor
Mike joined Osceola Air last year as our comfort advisor. He is the guy you want to see when you’re ready to upgrade your air conditioning, he provides solutions to bring the best comfort to your home. He is one of our Osceola County natives and graduated from Osceola High School. He is married to his loving wife, Julie and they have 3 awesome kids, Olivia, Owen, and Eli. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family, playing Fortnite, and watching football. He loves that his role at Osceola Air allows him to help our homeowners get their homes cool again.
Luis – Maintenance Technician
Luis joined the Osceola Air team as one of our installers and became a maintenance technician in 2024! He always has a great attitude and is ready to get work done. He and his girlfriend Ana Estefany have a sweet little girl named Annabelle. When not at work he spends time with his family at church and exploring new places together as a family. You can usually find him on the pickleball court ready to play, he even spent his whole day there playing recently! He also enjoys playing video games in his downtime. Luis loves the friendly work environment at Osceola Air as it makes the jobs go smoother.
Betsy – Human Resources
Betsy is a valued member of Osceola Air’s team and is serving in our Human Resources Department. Betsy has 5 children and 12 grandchildren, and in her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, kayaking, crocheting, softball, reading true crime, and playing with her grandchildren. Betsy loves that Osceola Air has a family atmosphere and that Zak and Tawnie are leaders who genuinely care about their team members.
Tony – Service Technician
Tony is one of our Service Technicians team here at Osceola Air. He is married to Tiffany, and they have 3 beautiful children, Jazmine, Nasir, and Amir. He spends his free time with his family including cheering his son on at his basketball games. Tony is from Philly and always has a good story to tell about back home. Tony always comes to work ready to roll and we are so grateful for him!
Justice – Installer
Justice happily joined our Osceola Air family as one of our installers. Justice is always up for a challenge and will usually be the guy to make sure your new ductwork is perfectly installed. When he needs to chill, you will usually find him out cruising around on his skateboard or playing a game of pool. He also loves to play video games. His favorite food is Ramen, although he loves a good breakfast burrito as well. Justice is a quick learner and loves that he is always learning here at Osceola Air.
Michael “Pops” McMorrow – Groundskeeper
After retiring years ago, Michael “Pops” McMorrow wasn’t quite ready to slow down. Joining Osceola Air to work alongside his son, Zak, Pops quickly became an invaluable part of the team. From keeping the property looking its best to lending a hand with anything that needs doing, his dedication and can-do spirit make a big impact every day. Always by his side is his faithful little dog, Andy—our beloved office shop dog—who’s just as much a part of the crew as Pops himself.
Kaitlyn – Parts Coordinator
Kaitlyn became a part of our team last year as our Parts Coordinator. She is who orders and finds the parts to get your AC up and running again. She is married to her husband Justin and they have two boys, Landon and Tristan. Her free time is spent cheering her boys on at whatever sporting event they are doing, but her favorite sport of theirs to support is Football. She is that mom in the stands cheering them on like crazy. When she’s not at a sporting event, she wants to be at the beach relaxing, spending time with friends or home organizing something. She loves being at Osceola Air for the ability to grow each day and learn a new industry as well as being a part of such a great work family.
Cece – Customer Service Representative
Hello, I’m Cece, your enthusiastic go-getter! I bring boundless energy and a zest for life to every situation. Whether it’s turning a frown upside down or spreading joy wherever I go, I’m all about keeping the good vibes flowing. Joining the Osceola Air family as their newest Customer Service Representative has me positively buzzing with excitement!
Yasiel R. – Installer
Yasiel is one of our hero-installers, ready to save the day and get your house comfortable again! Inspired by his family every day, Yasiel shows up to work ready to take on any new challenges the Florida heat brings. On the weekends, Yasiel likes to relax by going fishing and watching movies –his favorite being the Harry Potter series! One day, he hopes to travel to the Maldives, where the crystal-blue water stretches against the blue sky as far as the eyes can see.
Carter C. – Climate Control Technician
Carter joined the Osceola Air team as a Climate Control Technician. He loves spending his free time playing video games and hanging out with friends. His favorite movie is Airplanes because he always loves a good laugh. Carter dreams of one day traveling to see the beauty Sweden has to offer.
Robert “Bob” McCormick – Maintenance Technician
Bob is a dedicated Maintenance Technician and retired Army Veteran who brings discipline, reliability, and a wealth of life experience to the HVAC field. Inspired by his father, a retired Navy Veteran, Bob has always valued service and hard work. He enjoys spending time with his children and fills his downtime with woodworking, gardening, and shooting. His favorite place to escape and recharge is the breathtaking Olympic National Forest Mountain Range. Bob’s strong work ethic, technical skill, and steady presence make him a valued and respected member of our team.
Jayden Gomez – Maintenance Technician
Jayden is a dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician and a key part of our team. He brings an extensive knowledge of system parts and a strong commitment to keeping equipment running efficiently. When he’s off the clock, Jayden enjoys music, sushi, and relaxing with video games. His expertise and laid-back personality make him a valued member of the Osceola Air family
Daniel Suchecki – Comfort Advisor
Dan is a knowledgeable and approachable Comfort Advisor who brings a wealth of HVAC expertise and a fun, positive energy to the workplace.Originally from the Chicago, Illinois area, Dan made the move to Central Florida nearly 20 years ago and has been helping customers find the best comfort solutions ever since. His mix of technical know-how and engaging personality makes him a trusted resource for both teammates and customers alike.
Jose DeJesus – Service Technician
Jose is a skilled and service-minded Service Technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and reliable solutions. He moved to Florida as a child in 2002 and has since become deeply connected to the community he calls home. Jose is passionate about giving back through volunteer work and is excited to contribute to the continued growth and success of Osceola Air. His dedication, positive attitude, and community spirit make him a valued member of our team.
Julio Nieves – Service Technician
Julio is a highly experienced Service Technician with a strong background in HVAC and a deep commitment to delivering dependable, high-quality service. A devoted Christian, Julio is passionate about serving both his customers and his community with integrity and transparency. Having lived in Florida for nearly 20 years, Julio brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and local knowledge to every job. He is a dedicated family man—proudly married with three children—who brings the same sense of care and responsibility to his work as he does to his home life. Julio’s professionalism, technical skill, and heartfelt dedication make him an invaluable member of our team.
Ian Brigham – Maintenance Technician
Ian is a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. Inspired by the hard work and values of his parents, Ian brings dedication and a strong sense of responsibility to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, staying active at the gym, and spending time with his favorite person—his younger sister. Ian’s reliability, positive attitude, and commitment to growth make him a valued member of our team.
Bess Trippleton – Remote Customer Service Representative
Bess is a dedicated remote Customer Service Representative who brings focus, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. She is married to her wife, Dee, and they are proud parents to their daughter, Kyra—a role Bess embraces with love and enthusiasm. Working from home allows her to balance her career with raising her daughter, a priority she holds close to heart. In her free time, Bess enjoys reading and shopping, finding joy in the little things. Her calm demeanor and commitment to helping others make her a valued part of our team.
Jhonny G. – Warehouse Helper
Jhonny is a talented Warehouse Helper who brings years of experience, leadership, and dedication to every project. Originally from Colombia, Jhonny moved to Florida many years ago and has built a life rooted in hard work and strong family values. He’s married to his wife, Jennifer, and cherishes time spent with family above all else. Johnny’s commitment to excellence and his supportive nature make him a respected and trusted part of our team.
Christian Acevedo – Install Helper
Christian brings energy and enthusiasm to his role as an Install Helper, always ready to lend a hand and get the job done right. An adventurer at heart, Christian has even gone cliff diving in Jamaica! He’s passionate about football, enjoys running to stay active, and has a creative side that shines through his love for art. With a strong work ethic and a bold spirit, Christian adds both skill and personality to our team.
Rebecca “Becca” McCrary – Customer Service Representative
Becca is the newest addition to our Customer Service team, bringing a friendly attitude and a commitment to helping others. Engaged to her fiancé Jay, Becca is inspired daily by the strength and support of her mother. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with a good book—especially when she can soak up the sun while reading. With her positive energy and eagerness to grow, Becca is a wonderful new asset to our team.
Isaias Rodriguez – Install Helper
Isaias is a dependable and hardworking Install Helper who brings a positive attitude and team spirit to every job. He’s married to his wife, Amy, and values time spent with friends just as much as time spent at home. A passionate gamer, Isaias enjoys unwinding with a controller in hand or diving into his favorite sci-fi shows. His blend of technical skill and easygoing nature makes him a great fit on our team.
Michael Vega – Service Technician
Michael is a dedicated Service Technician who brings care, precision, and a strong work ethic to every job. He’s married to his wife, Thaly, and is a proud father to three beautiful children. Michael’s favorite way to spend his time is simply being with his wife and kids, creating memories together. He’s also a fan of true crime documentaries and finds daily inspiration in the example set by his father. Michael’s commitment to family and excellence makes him a valued member of our team.
Jeremiah Reyes – Install Helper
Jeremiah is a dedicated Install Helper known for his strong work ethic and positive energy on the job. He’s married to his wife, Joleiska, and recently stepped into the rewarding role of being a new dad. When he’s not working or spending time with his growing family, Jeremiah enjoys relaxing at the beach, diving into his RC hobby, and keeping up with just about any sport. His passion for learning and team-first attitude make him a valued member of our crew.
Steven – Service Technician
Steven is an experienced HVAC Service Technician who grew up in the trade, learning the ropes from his father. Inspired by the hard work and support of his parents and brothers, he brings dedication and skill to every service call. Outside of work, Steven enjoys flying drones, riding rollercoasters, diving into virtual reality and racing simulators. His passion for both technology and hands-on work makes him a strong asset to our team.
Julian – HVAC Warehouse Helper
Julian brings valuable hands-on experience to our warehouse team, having previously worked in HVAC service. Known for his work ethic and dedication, Julian plays a key role in keeping our operations organized and efficient. Outside of work, he is passionate about Muay Thai—both training and competing. He’s also a fan of Southeast Asian culture, especially Thailand. Inspired by his mother’s strength and support, Julian hopes to travel to Vietnam one day to continue exploring the region he loves.
Thomas “TJ” Bell – Dispatcher
Meet TJ, a dedicated HVAC dispatcher with a background rooted in a proud military family. TJ moved to Osceola County as a young child and has called it home ever since. With a love for the outdoors, he finds peace in places like Zion National Park and enjoys spending his free time playing soccer or out on the water. Whether it’s boating, paddleboarding, or just soaking up the sun, TJ’s laid-back energy and organized approach help keep our operations running smoothly every day.
