The whole staff of employees that I was introduced were very polite and courteous. The job was done in a timely matter. The unit did not initially start cooling the house. I called them back and they did return and had to add more coolant. It did eventually start to cool. They returned the next day to check out the unit and again added more coolant and assured me there were no leaks. I do hope it was a fluke with the manufacturer and they did not fill the unit properly with coolant. With that being said the job was done efficiently and I do recommend Osceola air for your HVAC needs. Read Less

All I have to say is Tony is an Angel. Prompt, Professional, excellent customer service, and most of all helpful. I highly recommend Osceola Air. Contacted them late afternoon Friday, and Sunday 8am Tony arrived all smiles eager to get our home cooled off. You all are the best. Service was excellent. Julio cleaned out the clog in my system and did a full inspection. He was extremely polite, wore shoe covers in the house, cleaned up the area after he was done. The appointment was scheduled the day before on a holdiay and they STILL were able to see me before 10am the next day. Would absolutely recommend and use again. Read Less

I am absolutely happy to have found a company that I can trust. After dealing with two other companies who couldn’t get to the root cause of my AC problem and costly diagnosis which by the way were not going to be waived as part of the repair cost, we found Osceola Air!! Starting from my call to them where I spoke to Lindsay, she was very cordial and attentive. The gentleman that came to our home was very professional, cordial and just by listening to what we told him we were experiencing, he told us what he suspected was the issue. He got to work and the culprit was exactly what he had suspected. The best part was that the cost was so much lower than what the other companies were quoting us. Just put in a Daikin mini-split a/c in my garage. Justice, Yasiel, and David were my technicians. They did an awesome job and I’m so glad I decided to go with this unit and company. My garage is so cool now in these hot summer months. This small a/c unit is so quiet inside and outside the garage. It looks good, too. Read Less
