Im extremely satisfied with our new Daikin system! Its been up and running for an hour or so now and I can already tell it's light years ahead of our old system. We are really looking forward to the efficiency of this system! Osceola Air has been great from the start. Mike was great with giving us options during the estimate process and I really appreciated the professionalism and detail. The estimate had a full scope of work and details on each system. The other companies that gave us estimates where written on paper with limited information. We went with an 18.5 seer variable speed Daikin and the price was definitely fair. The install exceeded my expectations and Yasiel and Christian were amazing. They answered all my questions and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work. Hopefully I have a year or 2 until our upstairs unit needs to be replaced but we will definitely call Osceola Air when it does! Read Less

My air was failing since it was 15 years old so it was time to make an upgrade, we had already been with Osceola Air for a while doing the maintenance so it was our best option, from the beginning Daniel was very friendly and gave us the best option and even offered us a temporary portable unit to appease the heat for the moment which relieved us a lot in this hot season, the next day the installation team Ranyer and Pedro arrived first time to install the new unit, they were very friendly and clear to the Time to explain myself about the new equipment and its operation, leave the area clean and ready to go.
