As soon as I had that first call to this business, I knew they meant serious about costumer service. The lady on the phone was 100% focused on me and I can tell she is very good on her job. The technician came after sending me a 30 min notice like what they said. Joel was very professional, attentive, informative and solution-driven. He did his evaluation of my AC system thoroughly and explained to me the problems and options I got to have it fixed. He was very patient and updated me every once in a while what was going on with my AC. The service charge was very reasonable on the amount of work he did to my AC. Because of this, I will switch to Osceola Air for AC repair needs/maintenance. Read Less

Had a representative come out for quote on a new unit and was able to get it installed 2 days later. The crew installing , Wyatt and Troy did a phenomenal job. They were there from 8 until 6 to make sure everything was installed and working top notch. I would refer Osceola Air to anyone needing a new AC or servicing of their AC needs They was a mistake on the company’s error and they were the ones that noticed it and were quick to call and rectify the problem. They are a super honest and trustworthy company I would recommend them to anyone !! Read Less
